The scoring system

Forty-nine checks.
One number.

Every audit scores the same forty-nine things, grouped into seven sections, out of 100. The number is not an opinion — it is a count of what is there and what is not, read off a screen the way a customer would see it. I score only what I can actually see.

The seven sections

Where the 100 points
come from.

The weighting is deliberate: your website, your Google profile and how you show up in local search carry sixty of the hundred points, because that is where a stranger decides. Tracking is worth five — not because it does not matter, but because it does not help you get found. It helps you stop guessing.

The individual checks and their point values are in the printed Playbook. This page shows the sections and the method, not the answer key.

Anything I cannot verify scores zero and gets listed plainly, so you know exactly what I checked and what I did not.

The four bands

What the number
actually means.

0–39

Invisible

A customer who does not already know the name will not find the business.

40–64

Fragmented

Pieces exist and do not point at each other.

65–84

Competing

Genuinely in the running, losing on specifics.

85–100

Dominant

Hard to beat in this market without real effort.

Band names and ranges are a CreatorLab convention, not an industry standard.

What I cannot see from outside

Four of the forty-nine
are asked, not checked.

Four checks can only be answered by you, and I ask them on the call:

  • Whether the contact form reaches an inbox somebody actually reads.
  • Whether the phone number on the site is answered, and by whom.
  • Whether analytics or call tracking exist and anyone looks at them.
  • Whether review requests go out after a job, or reviews are left to chance.
