What the work is

Five things,
installed in order.

This is the whole method, and it is the same five stages for every business I work with. The only thing that changes is how much of it you already have — which is what the audit finds out.

The five stages

What each stage is,
and what I need from you.

  1. Stage 1: Foundation

A site that explains what you sell and asks for the call — a page for each service, a page for each town.

    What it is
A website that says what you sell, in the words your customers search, and asks for the call on every page.
    What gets built
One page for each service you want more of. One page for each town you will drive to. A contact path that reaches a phone that gets answered, and a form that reaches an inbox that gets read.
    What I need from you
Your licence and insurance details, real photos of your work and your trucks, access to your domain, and about an hour of questions about the jobs you actually want.
    How long
Launches within 30 days of my getting access and assets. That part is guaranteed.
  2. Stage 2: Discovery

Your Google Business Profile, categories, service area and indexing, so Google can find you and show you nearby.

    What it is
Google finding you, and understanding what you do and where you do it.
    What gets built
Your Google Business Profile finished properly — categories, services, service area, hours, photos, the questions people ask. Your site indexed and pointed at the profile, and the profile pointed back.
    What I need from you
Access to the profile, or twenty minutes to claim it together if nobody has.
    How long
About a week, most of it waiting on Google.
  3. Stage 3: Trust

Reviews and consistent information, so when you do show up you get the click instead of the other company.

    What it is
When you show up, being the one a stranger picks.
    What gets built
A simple way to ask for a review after each job, and replies to the ones you already have. The same name, address and phone everywhere your business is listed, so nothing contradicts anything else.
    What I need from you
Permission to set up review requests, and a list of every directory you know you are on.
    How long
Two to three weeks to set up. It runs from then on.
  4. Stage 4: Measurement

Analytics, Search Console and call tracking, so you stop guessing which marketing works.

    What it is
Knowing which page, and which search, produced which call.
    What gets built
Analytics, Search Console and call tracking, installed once and checked every month. Not a dashboard to stare at — a plain answer to “where did that job come from?”
    What I need from you
Nothing beyond access. This is the stage that needs the least from you.
    How long
A day to install. A month before it says anything useful.
  5. Stage 5: Growth

Monthly work on the same system, so the foundation compounds instead of decaying.

    What it is
Keeping the whole thing pointed forward instead of letting it decay.
    What gets built
New service or town pages where the searches justify them. Review follow-up, profile updates, fixes for whatever the measurement shows. A one-page report every month: what improved, what I learned, what is next.
    What I need from you
Twenty minutes a month on the phone.
    How long
Month to month. You own the site and the profile; if you leave, I hand over the files.

The offer

What you get,
and what I guarantee.

The build includes

  • A page for each service you want more of, and a page for each town you serve.
  • Your Google Business Profile finished properly and pointed at the site.
  • Licence, insurance and real photos where a stranger looks for them.
  • A contact path that reaches a phone that gets answered.
  • Analytics, Search Console and call tracking, installed once.

Monthly work covers

  • New service or town pages where the searches justify them.
  • Review requests after each job, and replies to the ones you have.
  • Profile updates, listing corrections, fixes for what the numbers show.
  • A one-page report every month: what improved, what I learned, what is next.
  • Twenty minutes on the phone, once a month.

The guarantee, in full: Your site launches within 30 days of my getting access and assets, or your first month is free. That is the only guarantee on this site — I will not promise rankings, traffic or a number of calls, and I would be careful with anyone who does.

Pricing is quoted per business after the audit, because the right amount of work depends on what you already have. No package tiers, no invented “from” price.
