For HVAC contractors · Modesto to Merced

We help HVAC companies
get found for the jobs that pay.

Replacement season is decided by whoever shows up for “AC repair” and “furnace replacement” in your town — and in the next one over. Most HVAC sites are built to win the small repair call and never mention the job that pays for the year. I’ll show you the page your customers see, and score what’s on it out of 100.

No cost, no obligation, and I run the audit before we talk — so the call is findings, not questions.

The problem

You check your name.
They search their problem.

Searching your own business name is the one search guaranteed to make you look good — you are the only company with that name. It tells you nothing about whether you can be found by someone who needs what you sell and has never heard of you.

Search 1

AC repair + [city]

The highest-volume, highest-intent search in your trade.

Search 2

furnace replacement + [city]

The job that pays for your year.

Search 3

HVAC contractor near me

Pure proximity — this one tests your Google profile on its own.

On our call I run these live for your town, and for the next town over. That second one is where the expensive gap usually hides.

What usually turns up

What I find on almost every HVAC audit

No page for replacement, separately from repair

The site talks about repair because repair calls are frequent. System replacement is searched for separately, by people ready to spend, and there is no page that answers them. The company with that page is taking the job that pays for your year.

Invisible one town over

You drive to Ceres and Oakdale every week, but nothing on your site or your profile says so in a way Google can use. A search from the next town returns the competitor who wrote it down. It costs you every job outside the town on your licence.

An out-of-towner in your map pack

A company forty minutes away shows in your town’s map results because its profile lists your town and its site has a page for it. Yours does not. Customers assume the map is telling them who is close.

What you get

Your whole presence,
scored out of 100.

Seven sections, forty-nine individual checks. I score only what I can actually see — anything I cannot verify scores zero and gets listed plainly, so you know exactly what I checked and what I did not.

If you want it fixed

Five things,
installed in order.

This is the whole method, and it is the same five stages for every business I work with. The only thing that changes is how much of it you already have.

  1. Stage 1: Foundation

A site that explains what you sell and asks for the call — a page for each service, a page for each town.

  2. Stage 2: Discovery

Your Google Business Profile, categories, service area and indexing, so Google can find you and show you nearby.

  3. Stage 3: Trust

Reviews and consistent information, so when you do show up you get the click instead of the other company.

  4. Stage 4: Measurement

Analytics, Search Console and call tracking, so you stop guessing which marketing works.

  5. Stage 5: Growth

Monthly work on the same system, so the foundation compounds instead of decaying.

Being straight with you

What I will and
won’t promise.

What I guarantee

  • Your site launches within 30 days of my getting access and assets, or your first month is free.
  • You own your website. If you leave, I hand over the files and transfer your Google profile.
  • A one-page report every month: what improved, what I learned, what is next.
  • Every number in your audit is one I read off a screen, never estimated.

What I won’t claim

  • That you will rank number one. Nobody can promise that honestly.
  • A specific number of calls, leads or jobs. Too much of that depends on your pricing, capacity and how your phone is answered.
  • Results in a set number of weeks. Local visibility work needs a fair window before you can judge it.
  • That more traffic fixes a broken customer journey. It does not — it just costs more.

Questions I get

Before you book.

Will you guarantee I rank number one?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Rankings move with the season, with the map and with whatever Google changed last week. What I guarantee is delivery: Your site launches within 30 days of my getting access and assets, or your first month is free.

I’m booked through the summer. Why would I need this?

You might not. If you are turning away replacement work in July, you do not need more calls — you need to charge more for the ones you take, and I will tell you so. Where it matters is October to March, when the phone slows down and the company that shows up for “furnace replacement” keeps its crews busy.

Do you work with other HVAC companies in my area?

One HVAC company per town. If yours is taken I will tell you on the call, and you still get the findings.

What do you need from me to get started?

Access to your Google Business Profile and your domain, your licence number, real photos of your trucks and your work, and about an hour of your time to answer questions about the jobs you actually want. I write the pages; you check them for the things only you would know.

How long before I see anything?

The site launches within 30 days of my getting access and assets — that part is guaranteed. What happens to the searches after that needs a fair window, usually a season, before either of us can judge it honestly. I report what changed every month either way.
