Messaging &
Email Terms.

These are the terms for the text messages and emails CreatorLab Studios (“CreatorLab Studios”, “I”) sends. They are short because the programme is small: I text and email people who have asked me to, about the things they asked about.

The programme

When you send me an enquiry, book a call, or tick a consent box on this site, you may receive messages from CreatorLab Studios by SMS/text and by email. There are two kinds:

  • Enquiry messages — about your audit, your booking, times, findings and follow-up. Sent when you have asked me to contact you about your enquiry.
  • Marketing messages — occasional tips and offers about local visibility. Sent only if you ticked the separate, optional marketing box.

Frequency

Message frequency varies with your enquiry. For marketing messages it is a few a month at most, and usually fewer. I am one person; I do not have the time to spam you even if I wanted to.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. I do not charge for messages.

How to stop

  • Text: reply STOP to any message and you will be opted out. You will get one final message confirming it, and nothing after that.
  • Help: reply HELP for help, or call or text (209) 821-2594, or email hello@thecreatorlabstudios.com.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or reply and tell me. Enquiry emails about a live booking may continue until the booking is finished, unless you ask me to stop those too.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

You do not have to agree to marketing messages to get your free audit, to book a call, or to buy anything from me. The marketing box is optional and it is never pre-ticked.

Your number and your consent

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

I keep a record of when you consented, which boxes you ticked, the wording you were shown and the page you were on, so I can prove it if asked. How long I keep it, and everything else about your data, is in the Privacy Policy.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If a message does not arrive, that is between the networks and me, not you.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Anything that affects how often you hear from me or how you opt out will be said plainly.
